How to make yorkshire pudding?
Yourkshire pudding, which is really a thick pancake not really a pudding. In England it’s a side dish usually served with roast beef.
Mix togeher 3 1/4 cups of flour with 4 eggs and 4 1/2 cups of milk. Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Pour this mixture into a deep pan with the 1/2 cup of fat drippings from the roast. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until it is puffed and dry. Cut into squares and serve as the side dish.
