They are contradictory of each other. If you want a dictator you cant limit his power, thats not how it works, thats a president. America needs a dictator to cleanse society and establish peace within. That is where they all have failed. Hitler did it temporarily but his obsession with the elimination of jews and livin space that was not neede let to his downfall. Other than that he was good for his nation.
