There were not any precut pieces so I went to the counter and asked the associate politely if I could have (4) 6oz pieces of salmon. He freaked out at me and told me that's not how you buy fish. I've been to this store before and I've made this same recipe several times. Did I do something wrong? Is there a right and a wrong way to order fish.. was it the oz that I ordered incorrectly?
