I'm sorry this family lost a child in a tragic accident. But that was what it was, an accident, no malicious, no defective product, just a horrible accident. I'm less annoyed by the family's lawsuit as I am with the judge that presided over the case. If I was Hillerich & Bradsby i would sue Helena District for putting the mentally challenged Kathy Seeley on the bench. Absolutely ridiculous.
