Having a Really Bad Day

There is a guy sitting at the bar that is just staring into his drink. This guy has been there for almost the entire day and hasn’t moved.

Suddenly a known trouble making carpenter walks into the bar. The carpenter walks over to where the guys had been sitting all day, takes his drink and chugs it down. The poor guy starts crying, the carpenter looks over to him and says “Come’on buddy, it was just a simply joke. Here, let me buy you around rough to make up for it. I can’t stand seeing a grown man cry.”

Then, the guy looks up at the carpenter and says “No, it’s not the drink, it’s the fact this day has been the worst day of my first. First off, my alarm doesn’t work this morning and I’m late for work. Then, when I finally arrive at work my boss is so pissed off he fires me. When I leave the office I realize that someone has stolen my vehicle. When I contact the police they claim there is nothing they can do. Finally, I get a cab to take me home and when I get out I realized I left my wallet with all my credit cards inside the cab. The drive just took off and drove away”.

“As I walk into my house I find my wife sleeping with the gardener. So, I decided to leave my house and come over to this bar. Finally I got the courage to end it all and take my life, and then you show up and drink my drink that I was going to poison myself with.”
