Conspiracy Theorists Accuse Authorities of Underplaying Natural Diasters
Some of the critics of FEMA are claiming that authorities often underplay the amount of forces involved in natural disasters after the fact. Indeed there are several conspiracy theorists who actively pursue such claims on websites, blogs and online Internet forums.
Some of these conspiracy theorists revel in the chaos and controversy they create, while others do so to promote books, websites and gain notoriety. Still others who have thoroughly researched the facts occasionally bring up some good points.
Now then some conspiracy theorists have said that the forces of the Hurricanes have been down played to lessen the obligations of FEMA and Insurance Companies due to citizen or policyholder promises. In fact the Northridge [Read more →]

911 Conspiracy Theorists Still at it
Where do all these conspiracy theorists come from? There are actually people who believe that President Bush; the president of the United States of America planned the 911 attacks? This is about the most insane accusation I have ever heard. Sure the liberals come out in force and of course the liberal writers who are on Prozac, alcoholics and manic depressionists always write silly things and negative things about the president and the administration, but these 911 conspiracy theories are way out there.
Regarding 911 Conspiracy Theories, Nut Cases and The Anti-US [Read more →]

Some Questions About Religion
It’s all the rage, you know. Down with “religion”, up with Jesus. I understand the concept, but I’m beginning to question the premise. In fact, I have a lot of questions for religion-bashers.
You who despise “religion”, could you tell me which Biblical apostle you are quoting in your anger? Which Bible writer actually condemned religion? If the Bible does not condemn it, what is your basis? Do you know where the word religion is found in your Bible, and do you know what it means?
May I answer? The Greek threskeia means “a ceremonial observance.” A form of worship. The King James translates the word into “religion” a few times, and into “worshipping” once. In none of the “religion” passages is anything negative connotated. In Colossians 2:18, however, where the word is “worshipping”, the apostle rebukes angel religion.
He warns believers that there are false teachers out there who are puffed up with pride because of their supposed relationship [Read more →]

Vice President Cheney; Elite Power Family Say Conspiracy Theorists
Many people like to take jabs at the powers that be and for those in office they know this all too well. Recently a conspiracy theorist talking about secret societies, power elite, European royal bloodlines and such labeled the Vice President as such. Then went on to call him a war profiteer.
This is truly bothersome as the conspiracy theorist talks of Halliburton and other companies having their hand in the cookie jar of the United States Treasury. What some people do not understand is that Halliburton was already heavily involved in the middle east and already basically in-country, so who else would you trust the job to in rebuilding various parts of Iraq?
As the conspiracy theorists condemn the Cheney Family, [Read more →]

Civil Marriage Equality – It’s Time
Have you been confronted by friends, family, colleagues or others seeking your position on the so-called marriage equality, or same-sex marriage issue? This article offers excellent talking points and responses to those queries, and gives you confidence when addressing the issue in general.
After studying this controversy for several months, researching the various ramifications of so-called ‘gay marriage’, reading countless books, and speaking with several experts on the topic, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s an idea whose time has come. I’ve learned a number of fascinating peripheral issues surrounding the main topic, such as the number of rights involved, who the opposition is (not who you might think), and why this issue seems to be taking on a life of its own in the marketplace.
I’ve also seen how civil marriage equality, or CME as I refer to it, has the potential to redefine traditional marriage in a good way, by focusing an intense light on the institution of marriage, and just why it is we humans are so cussedly attached to it.
Definition: What is CME?
You may find that when you mention [Read more →]

Should Religions Take Responsibility For the Religious Wars?
Religions are now again in the news. This time, religions are accused for the wars and conflicts in the world. Almost every day, there is some blast in some part of the world that is caused by so called Religious Fundamentalists and the victims are none other than their own brothers and sisters. As a result religions, particularly Islam, is accused to be the inspiration can cause of the terrorist attacks and violence that has gripped the world in last one decade as most people involved in the violence happens to be Muslims, the followers of Islam.
However, the truth is only partly revealed by terming one religion as violent while calling other religions as peaceful. It is only few decades ago that Christians were fighting against each other in the two World Wars that killed almost 65 millions of people, mostly Christian and resulted of the execution of more than 7 millions Jews including children just because they belonged to a particular religion. It is [Read more →]

What If There is Only One Religion Worthy of Our Support?
Let’s own up to it. Everyone in this whole world is religious. Even the atheist is religious. His religion is humanism.
There are many religions in the world. Some are worldwide while others are regional. There are 10 major religions in the world today. They are either monotheistic, polytheistic or pantheistic. The monotheistic religions worship one God. The polytheistic religions worship many gods. The pantheistic religions worship everything as god. Note: The atheistic religion is pantheistic. Some religions are based on fables/mythologies or sayings of their “wise” men. Some religions are based on historical facts.
There are two ways to approach God. Two religions have God reaching down to us. The other religions have people reaching up to God. One religion restores a person from within. The other religions seeks to dress up the outside. One religion brings people into a loving, personal relationship with their Creator-Redeemer God. The other religions [Read more →]
